Familia de la Noche are an award-winning theatre company based in Wales. At the moment we can't bring our work to theatres so we wanted to bring it to you at home instead.

Make your own audio version of the festive classic "It was the night before Christmas" and give it a Familia twist. This kit contains all the things you need to make your own radio play which you can share with friends and family this Christmas. Your kit includes:

You will also need a few bits and bobs from around your home and your voice. Its a great activity for the whole family - who does the best reindeer impression? What do clowns sound like when they snore? and What happens when Father Christmas has had too many sprouts?
We have also included links to a how to video, a prerecorded version of the script and a link to our sound school which will give you ideas of how to make different sound effects with things you can find around your house.
